Whole Tree Chip
Produced by chipping all above ground parts of the tree. Can be purchased and sold either with the moisture content ‘as felled’ or dried. Options of screening to desired chip sizes P16s (G30) and P31s (G50) to conform with ISO 17225-4.
Arb/Brash fines
Produced by screening virgin wood materials generally to a fraction of 0-10mm. Fast becoming a less dense and contaminant-free alternative to green waste compost in growing media production.
Log chip
High quality woodchip derived from chipping roundwood. Due to the nature of supply it offers consistencty in species. Can be purchased and sold either with the moisture content ‘as felled’ or dried. Options of screening to desired chip sizes P16s (G30) and P31s (G50) to conform with ISO 17225-4.
Grade A waste wood shred
A versatile product that can be used for biomass and the production of animal bedding products. Derived from untreated wood that has most likely been used in wooden packaging and single purpose pallets.
Arb chip
Chip that is produced from smaller fractions of trees such as brash, slim branches and leaves using small chippers. As such these have less woodchip purity.
